Sender IDs, KYC documents, STOP opt-outs, delivery incidents, and account access go to compliance@push-et.com. Live sending stays blocked until an organization completes verification. Include the organization slug and the sender ID or message ID when you write.

Sales

Plans, volume pricing, and enterprise onboarding go to sales@push-et.com. Sales does not approve KYC or credit wallets from bank transfers.
